Who we are

Welcome to Sacral Bloom Wellness 🌸

Our mission is to empower every aspect of the individual - mind, body, and soul.

We are an inclusive, holistic service offering all levels of vinyasa, hatha, restorative, and prenatal yoga, full-spectrum birth & postpartum doula care, natural healing therapies, and guided meditation & mindfulness coaching.

Sacral Bloom Wellness was born from a call to action to expand healing energy and compassion into our generation and those following our paths. Pregnant people, women, 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, BIPOC, and people who are neurodivergent and disabled are all embraced, highlighted, and celebrated here.

The Sacral Chakra is a vital energy source within our bodies that represents our creativity, emotional expression, feminine sexuality & reproduction, and pleasure.

The name Sacral Bloom Wellness encompasses our service offerings and core values to support healthy physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual expression through movement, mindfulness, and compassionate care.

MJ Boyd  CD, RYT-200

Founder & Lead Instructor

With nearly 15 years of combined experience as a yogi, group educator, and naturalistic healer, MJ (she/they) brings compassion, spiritual wisdom, trauma-informed care, and transformational energy into the spaces they occupy.

She is passionate about all aspects of yoga - the asanas, pranayama, and the philosophy. They are an old soul, and knew from a young age that wellness education & practice was their calling. As a chronically ill, queer individual, MJ strives to promote disability support and inclusivity of all bodies in fitness, health, and wellness spaces.
