Ideal for first time parents. A personalized class designed to help prepare you for labor and the first few weeks postpartum. You’ll learn valuable skills including:

What to expect in the first 6 weeks of your baby’s life
How your body and mind may transform during the final weeks of pregnancy and the first year postpartum
How your partner can support you in the delivery room and when you get home

From pre-conception to the end of your 4th Trimester, Sacral Bloom Wellness provides intentional, holistic care for pregnant people and families welcoming newborns. Our Full Bloom package includes:
Birth/labor planning

Support during medical appointments
On-call labor support 2 weeks leading up to EDD

Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga
This beginner-friendly, 1:1 or small group prenatal yoga class is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy and beyond. With a focus on comfort, strength, and flexibility, you’ll explore gentle movements, breath work, and relaxation techniques to help prepare your body and mind for labor and delivery. Each class offers a safe, nurturing space to connect with your changing body and growing baby. You’ll also learn practices that can aid in postpartum recovery and emotional well-being.
