Intro to Asana Workshop
This six-week beginner Intro to Asana workshop offers a gentle, structured path into mindful movement. We’ll begin with four weeks focused on foundational vinyasa and hatha principles — breath-synced flow, alignment basics, sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and safe transitions to provide students with practical tools for strength, balance, and body awareness. The final two weeks shift into restorative yin practice where we emphasize long-held, supported postures, deep connective-tissue release, and guided breath work to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and integration of all the skills learned in the workshop.
