From 20 weeks through the 4th trimester, Sacral Bloom doulas offer intentional, holistic care for pregnant people and newborn families: birth-wish planning, labor/delivery and lactation education, prenatal yoga, maternal reiki, cultural ceremony coordination, and other requested healing services.

On-call postpartum doula care packed with love and expert help. From baby cuddles and sibling care to light household chores, pet care, overnight aid, and nutritional meal prepping— our team can holistically support your family during the 4th Trimester adjustment period.

Our 60-90 minute maternity Reiki sessions offer gentle energetic support for expecting parents. Promoting deep relaxation, emotional balance, and connection to your growing baby. Using light touch or hovering hands, the session is tailored to your unique needs during pregnancy and can help ease stress, fatigue, and physical discomfort.

Optional aromatherapy and crystal therapy add-ons enhance the experience with soothing scents and grounding energy.
